Raven Lead Hub operates a structured, fee-based lead distribution system designed to connect consumers with qualified service providers across multiple industries. Our process emphasizes transparency, speed, and territory-based exclusivity.
1 Consumer Intake
Consumers enter their information through Raven Lead Hub--managed channels or through live intake calls, depending on the service category.
- Online forms are used where appropriate
- Live intake calls are used for select insurance products
- All submissions are time-stamped and logged
2 Lead Review & Qualification
Each lead is reviewed for completeness and basic eligibility. For certain verticals, additional verification may occur before distribution.
- Mortgage leads are reviewed and verified by a Raven Lead Hub team member
- Information collected is confirmed for accuracy and consistency
- Leads that do not meet traditional criteria may be categorized separately
3 Lead Distribution
Qualified leads are made available to approved partners operating within the relevant geographic territory. Leads are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Most leads are sold exclusively to a single partner
- Some lower-quality leads may be made available to a limited number of partners
- Once claimed, a lead is no longer available for purchase
4 Fees & Payments
Raven Lead Hub earns revenue through fees associated with lead access or successful referrals. The structure varies by service category.
- Fixed lead access fees may apply in certain verticals
- Referral fees may apply upon successful transaction completion
- Fee percentages are disclosed in advance and may be negotiated
5 Territory & Partner Relationships
Raven Lead Hub prioritizes long-term relationships and may limit the number of partners in a given territory.
- Territory exclusivity may be available upon agreement
- Partner availability varies by region and service type
- All partnerships are reviewed periodically for performance and fit
